Who is Paul McCartney?

Paul McCartney was born on June 18th 1942 in Liverpool, Great Britain as the youngest of three siblings. Alongside his former school-friends George Harrison and John Lennon he started his musical career in Lennon’s first band “The Quarrymen”. In August 1960 they entered the stages as The Beatles, already accompanied by bassist Stuart Sutcliffe and drummer Pete Best. Paul McCartney is a confessing vegetarian and is also highly engaged in social projects.
