Ed Sheeran's 2018 divide tour has completely sold out. In March 2017 the tour officially started in Turin, Italy. The europe leg of his world tour came along with 32 dates all over the continent. In the meantime he has played shows in Latin America, North America, Asia, Australasia and is currently back in Europe again. In March 2019 he will play his final show in Cape Town. This means he will have done 210 shows in two years after the tour began. According to this article he will then be visiting North America again. With this tour he has broken a handfull of records in tickets sales, e.g. by mid-2018 he has already sold 2,624,148 tickets. This is more than any other solo artist before him.
Reactions by fans to his sold out shows have been diverse. Many fans are hoping Ed Sheeran will return soon to their city for new shows.
